- Photograph, draw sketches and obtain all required documentation to prepare an estimate.
- Establish professional relationship with insurance company, file your claim, and provide all necessary documentations.
- Coordinate all inspections with any and all insurance company adjusters, contractors, or engineers.
- Negotiate a fair settle on your behalf
- Attend all mediation and appraisals should there be a dispute
