Our team is dedicated to resolving your client effectively, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency. When you hire one of our team members to represent you, resolving your claim becomes our number one priority.   We will meet with you and complete a detailed estimate of what is required to repair your damages or rebuild your property. We create inventories of your damaged personal and or business items and their values and make necessary records of each item. Once we conclude our evaluation, we will compile evidence and prepare any required documentations to support your claim and submit to the insurance company for evaluation.  We will also take the necessary partnership and engage the services of our construction expert and financial partners in providing supportive documentation to support your claim.

We know for many property owners, the preparation of property damage claims without the assistance of their own public adjuster working on their behalf can be challenging.  We are here to help. When an insurance claim is filed, it is your responsibility as the policyholder to prove the extent of damages— and that those damages are specifically covered under your insurance policy. When you hire a Select Elite Public Adjuster agent to work for you, this burden becomes our burden.  Once we have met with you, we will then meet and establish a professional relationship with the insurance company adjuster on your behalf and inspect that extent of the damage.  Once an inspection has been completed, we will work diligently and with a sense of urgency to negotiate and ensure that your claim is settle as quickly as possible at the best possible settlement.  Our services are performed at no out-of-pocket cost to you. Our fee is contingent on a successful settlement and we don’t get paid unless you do.
